Successful Ipsos bond issue for 400 million euros
On January 15, 2025, Ipsos, a leading market research company, announced the success of its first bond issue. The €400 million bond issue carries a 3.75% coupon and will mature in January 2030. Rated Baa3 by Moody's and BBB by Fitch, Ipsos has been granted a stable outlook.
Strong investor demand oversubscribed the issue more than nine times, demonstrating their confidence in Ipsos. This context allowed the bond rate to be finalized at advantageous conditions. The funds will be used for general corporate purposes, including the refinancing of an existing €300 million bond.
