Successful Transfer of Medios AG Shares to Luxempart S.A.

Berlin, June 20, 2024 – Medios AG, a prominent provider of Specialty Pharma services in Europe, announced that Manfred Schneider, the company's founder, has sold his shares to Luxempart S.A. This transfer includes all shares held by Schneider, totaling 14.9% of Medios’ share capital. These shares were sold through a private placement transaction.
