Summary of the Ordinary General Meeting of Warehouse Estates Belgium SA
During its Ordinary General Meeting held on April 23, 2024, Warehouse Estates Belgium SA adopted several important resolutions. The statutory annual accounts for the 2023 financial year were approved, including a gross dividend of €3.35 per share, payable on May 3, 2024. The shareholders also approved the remuneration policy and the remuneration report for the past year .
Discharge was granted to the Sole Administrator and the Auditor for the period from January to December 2023. In addition, the fees of the Sole Administrator for 2024 were set at €475,000 excluding VAT. The powers for the execution of decisions have been entrusted to two administrators acting jointly.
