Sunrise UPC GmbH Named Presenting Partner for FIS Freestyle World Championships 2025
Sunrise UPC GmbH will serve as the presenting partner for the FIS Freestyle World Championships, scheduled from March 17 to 30, 2025, in the Engadin region of Switzerland. This collaboration underlines Sunrise's role in promoting Swiss winter sports and providing support to lesser-known sporting disciplines.
The event, featuring 28 competitions across 15 disciplines, is expected to attract 1,200 athletes from 35 nations. According to André Krause, CEO of Sunrise, the company is eager to contribute towards the growth of Swiss snow sports and enhance the global appeal of freestyle skiing.
Milan Derouck, CEO of the Championships, emphasized the significance of Sunrise's partnership as a crucial confidence boost in organizing these extensive championships. Sunrise will also supply all ICT services at the venues to ensure comprehensive Internet connectivity.
