In compliance with Rule 5.6.1 of the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, Superdry plc has confirmed its total issued share capital as of 30 June 2024. The Company’s share capital comprised 99,253,953 ordinary shares of 5p each, with none held in treasury.

Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in Superdry as of the same date stood at 99,253,953. Shareholders may use this figure for determining if they need to notify their interests or any changes therein under the FCA’s rules.
