SustainableIT.org Shapes the Future of Sustainable Technology and Responsible AI at Climate Week NYC

SustainableIT.org, dedicated to sustainability and responsible AI in technology, is participating in Climate Week NYC 2024, coinciding with the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA79). Aligned with the UN 2.0 vision, SustainableIT.org emphasizes digital transformation and responsible AI to meet global sustainability goals.

Under the theme "It's Time, It's IT's Time - Time to Learn, Lead, and Change," the organization will advocate for sustainable AI practices. This supports the UN Digital Compact and reinforces the importance of technology in advancing the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

SustainableIT.org will introduce their "Responsible AI: Principles and Practices for Success and Sustainability at Scale" framework at Climate Week. This model comprises nine principles focusing on risk, sustainability, inclusiveness, ethics, trust, data, training, and innovation for responsible AI implementation across various sectors.

Events during Climate Week will highlight Responsible AI, Digital Transformation, ESG Metrics, and Sustainability Leadership. Collaborative partners include Cisco, Celonis, Wipro, Deloitte, and others. The organization urges tech leaders to drive sustainable innovation and responsible AI at scale.
