SWEF: Sixth Capital Distribution Update

Starwood European Real Estate Finance Limited (SEREF) announced the compulsory redemption of 76,248,573 shares at £1.0492 per share. This is related to the capital distribution announced on 24 July 2024. The redemption took place on 25 July 2024, with rounding down to the nearest whole share for each shareholder.

Payments are expected by 31 July 2024, through CREST for uncertificated shares or by cheque/BACS for certificated shares. New certificates will replace the old ones by the same date.

Post-redemption, SEREF has 193,929,633 shares in issue, all with voting rights. The new ISIN, GG00BPLZ2K28, is available for transactions starting 26 July 2024.
