Swiss-Belhotel International Expands Presence in MENA Region, Signs Agreement for Swiss-Belresidences Rivan in Cairo, Egypt

Continuing its expansion in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, Swiss-Belhotel International has signed an agreement for a new residential development, Swiss-Belresidences Rivan, in Cairo, Egypt.

The agreement was finalized at Swiss-Belhotel International’s regional headquarters in Dubai on May 14th and the official launch event occurred on June 2nd in Cairo. This agreement is between Al Tameer Al Arabia for Real Estate Development and Investment Sae and Swiss-Belhotel International.

Eng. Marzouk Mansour Abdelrazek Namnam, CEO of Al Tameer Al Arabia, mentioned their new vision for revolutionizing real estate in Egypt. Gavin M. Faull, Chairman of Swiss-Belhotel International, emphasized the importance of the MENA region in their global strategy. Laurent A. Voivenel added that Swiss-Belresidences Rivan will provide a high-end living experience in Cairo.

Scheduled to open in 2026, Swiss-Belresidences Rivan will be located in the prestigious R7 district of the New Capital, offering amenities like landscaped gardens and exclusive clubhouses.
