Swiss Life Asset Management AG announces capital increase for June/July 2024
Swiss Life REF (CH) ESG Swiss Properties, managed by Swiss Life Asset Management AG, plans a capital increase in June or July 2024. The objective of this operation is to acquire a real estate portfolio, mainly composed of well-located residential buildings . This project is awaiting approval by FINMA.
The company plans to raise up to 650 million francs to finance the purchase, remediation and densification of existing housing and reduce third-party financing. This strategy should strengthen the profitability of the fund. In addition, investors will benefit from the new management fee scale introduced the previous year.
