Swisspartners Versicherung Acquires Major Stake in NEON EQUITY AG
Frankfurt, September 20, 2024 - NEON EQUITY AG has announced that swisspartners Versicherung AG has acquired over 25 percent of its shares. This acquisition was executed through SP1 Equity GmbH from an existing shareholder.
swisspartners Versicherung aims to support NEON EQUITY's growth strategically. The NEON EQUITY board expects this new shareholder to positively impact the company's future development as an impact investor.
