SynQor Announces New 28 Vdc Input VPX Power Supply for Aerospace and Shipboard Applications

SynQor®, Inc. has introduced its latest development in power supply technology - the VPX-3U-DC28TH, a 28 Vdc input VPX power supply featuring an innovative extended hold-up designed to cater to critical aerospace and shipboard operations. This new addition complies with MIL-STD-704F standards, featuring a prominent 50ms hold-up function to address power interruptions and drop-offs effectively.

The VPX-3U-DC28TH not only boasts an impressive efficiency rate of 91% but is also capable of delivering 500 W across a broad temperature range of -40 to 85 °C. It is equipped with advanced features such as an integrated EMI filter, conduction cooling, and robust protection mechanisms against reverse polarity, over-voltage, under-voltage, short circuits, and over-temperature scenarios. This VPX supports I2C communications and is designed for seamless integration in challenging military and commercial environments, meeting various VITA and MIL-STD standards.
