TeamViewer Reports Positive Q1 2024 Results and Maintains Full-Year Outlook

TeamViewer has disclosed a robust start to 2024, reporting a 7% year-over-year increase in revenue, reaching EUR 161.7 million. The company confirmed a consistent growth trajectory across all regional markets, with enterprise revenue growing by 17% year-over-year. The adjusted EBITDA also rose to EUR 65.2 million, marking a solid 40% margin.

Significant customer and partner relationship enhancements were noted, contributing to a 25% increase in billings from new subscribers. The SME sector also showcased growth, achieving a record high subscriber base of 636,000. The fiscal year 2024 guidance remains firm with expected revenue between EUR 660 million and EUR 685 million, and an adjusted EBITDA Margin forecasted at a minimum of 43%.
