Technical Interruption of ElecLink Operations, Prior to Annual Planned Outage

ElecLink has halted its electricity interconnector operations between Great Britain and France. This decision follows the detection of a fault in the system. The suspension aims to ensure safety and maintain infrastructure integrity. Activities will remain on hold until the scheduled annual outage period from October 6th to 9th. This pause will allow for an in-depth investigation into the defect's cause.

The company plans to announce the resumption date of operations once the investigation is complete.
