Technotrans Secures Follow-up Order for Battery Cooling Systems

Technotrans SE has received a follow-up order in the high single-digit million-euro range for battery thermal management systems (BTMS) tailored for electric buses. Deliveries are set to begin in November 2024 and continue until 2025. This order, from a leading European electric bus manufacturer, ensures consistent supply for technotrans production sites in France and the Czech Republic.

Michael Finger, CEO of technotrans SE, emphasized the significance of the order, which reinforces the company's role in the electromobility market. He stated that this expansion underscores customer trust in technotrans' reliability and technological expertise in thermal management.

The initial order, announced in May, was one of the largest for technotrans in the road vehicle segment. The BTMS systems will be used in various e-bus series, enhancing vehicle safety through efficient battery cooling.
