Tectonic Metals Announces Results of 2024 Annual General Meeting
Tectonic Metals Inc. (TSX-V:TECT) announced that all resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on September 19, 2024, were approved. Shareholders re-elected Antonio Reda, Allison Rippin Armstrong, Joseph J. Perkins, John Armstrong, and Michael W. Roper to the Board of Directors. Davidson & Company LLP was re-appointed as auditors. The Equity Incentive plan was also approved.
The AGM, conducted online, marks another step for Tectonic Metals towards its mission of becoming the premier mineral exploration company. The company focuses on de-risking strategies and upholds a commitment to high environmental and social standards in its operations.
