TERACT Announces Availability of Meeting Documents for December General Meeting

TERACT has announced the availability of preparatory documents for the Combined General Meeting scheduled on December 16, 2024. Shareholders are invited to attend the meeting at the company's registered office in Paris at 3:00 p.m. The prior notice, including the agenda and draft resolutions, was published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires on November 8, 2024. Further details will be published on November 27, 2024, in the BALO and a legal newspaper.

Shareholders can access the meeting documents, such as the convening brochure and voting form, via TERACT's website. These documents comply with Article R. 225-83 of the French Commercial Code. Shareholders with registered shares may request the documents by mail, while those with bearer shares must provide a shareholding certificate. All shareholders can consult these documents at the company's office starting 15 days before the meeting.
