The Payments Group Holding – Name Change Officially Entered in Commercial Register

Frankfurt/Main, 24 September 2024 – The Payments Group Holding (PGH), previously known as SGT German Private Equity, has officially entered its new name in the German commercial register. This change marks the completion of its separation from the SGT Capital Group, aligning with its business focus following the acquisitions announced in August 2024.

The rebranding reflects PGH's expanded role in the FinTech sector, bolstered by recent acquisitions: Funanga AG, Campamocha Ltd. (including subsidiaries Calida Financial Ltd. and TWBS Ltd.), and Surfer Rosa Ltd. These companies provide specialized global internet payment services.

PGH now operates as a fast-growing FinTech group in Germany, with about 50 employees and over 500,000 points of sale in more than 20 countries. The company's ticker symbol has changed from "SGF" to "PGH".
