The Platform Group AG: Expansion at ViveLaCar and Completion of Cluno Migration

The Platform Group AG (ISIN DE000A2QEFA1), a software company for platform solutions, has expanded its platform strategy at its subsidiary ViveLaCar in the third quarter. A new partner concept included leased vehicles from car dealers, expanding the range to over 1,000 models. For the first time, vehicles from the rental sector were included in the subscription market.

Sara Bay, Managing Director at ViveLaCar, stated that their platform strategy is effectively attracting new B2B partners, thus enhancing market position and adding value for car dealers. Currently, B2B customers make up over 60% of ViveLaCar's clientele, with an average subscription period of nine months.

The migration of the Cluno Group, acquired from the British Cazoo Group in 2023, has been successfully completed. The acquired vehicles were marketed in 2023 and 2024, and remaining Cluno companies were sold in June 2024, completing the transaction by September 2024.
