The Wood Builders: Expansion in the South of France
Les Constructeurs du Bois (LCB) is continuing its expansion in the South of France with two major projects. In Digne-les-Bains, LCB will develop an Eco'City on a 14,000 m² plot of land in Brusquet. This €15 million project will include a senior residence, a medical center and homes for first-time buyers, all with the aim of sustainable construction that complies with the future RE2020 regulations.
At the same time, LCB is setting up in Bormes-les-Mimosas with a €3.5 million wooden villa. According to CEO François Duchaine, the year 2025 looks promising thanks to these projects, consolidating LCB as a leading eco-developer in France. These initiatives demonstrate LCB's ability to extend its successful Grand Est model to other regions.
