Threshold crossing and declaration of intent by SOCIETE GENERALE
On September 27, 2024, SG 29 Haussmann, fund manager, announced that it had crossed the threshold of 15% of SOCIETE GENERALE's voting rights. This crossing was reported to the AMF. This transaction of September 24, 2024 is explained by a decrease in the total number of voting rights of the company.
SG 29 Haussmann now holds 77,027,881 shares of SOCIETE GENERALE, representing 9.62% of the capital and 15.13% of the voting rights. The company stated that it is acting within the normal framework of portfolio management, with no intention of controlling or influencing the management of SOCIETE GENERALE.
