Threshold crossing at ADOCIA by the CDC

On February 6, 2025, ADOCIA announced that the Caisse des dépôts et consignations (CDC) had crossed the threshold of 5% of its share capital. This was done indirectly via Bpifrance Investissement, which manages the Innobio, FPMEI and Bpifrance Innovation I funds. CDC now holds 4.94% of ADOCIA's capital, representing 5.12% of the voting rights. This crossing results from a capital increase of the ADOCIA company.

In detail, the funds are distributed as follows: Innobio holds 376,611 shares, or 2.37% of the capital, FPMEI holds 77,977, equivalent to 0.49%, and Bpifrance Innovation I – Compartiment Venture holds 329,310, or 2.08% of the capital.
