Threshold Crossing at VALNEVA SE by Bpifrance

VALNEVA SE, listed on Euronext Paris, has announced that it has crossed the threshold for participation in the company's capital. Bpifrance Participations SA declared, by letter received on September 19, 2024, that it had individually crossed downwards the threshold of 10% of voting rights on September 17, 2024.

The company now holds 8,639,886 VALNEVA SE shares, representing 17,259,364 voting rights, or 5.32% of the capital and 9.65% of the voting rights. This decrease is the result of a capital increase of VALNEVA SE.

Furthermore, the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC) has not crossed any threshold but, through its various subsidiaries, it owns 14,113,834 shares and 22,733,312 voting rights, or 8.70% of the capital and 12.71% of the voting rights.
