Threshold crossings at RUBIS

On May 31, 2024, due to a capital increase by RUBIS, CNN saw its stake fall below 5%, holding 5,181,603 shares representing 4.97% of the capital and voting rights.

The same day, the concert formed by Patrick Molis, CNN, Jade Molis, Agathe Molis, Victoire Molis and Charles Gravatte holds 5,487,338 shares, representing 5.27% of the capital. On June 3, 2024, CNN this time crossed the upward threshold, following an acquisition of shares on the market, then holding 5,221,603 shares, or 5.01% of the capital.

No threshold was crossed for the concert, which then held 5,527,338 shares, representing 5.31% of the capital and voting rights of the company RUBIS.
