Tonies Reports Remarkable Growth in 2024

Tonies SE, a leading digital audio platform for children, announced substantial growth in the fiscal year 2024. The company's preliminary results show a 33% year-over-year increase in group revenue, reaching approximately EUR 480 million. This growth was spurred by a successful fourth quarter and expanding markets worldwide.

North America emerged as Tonies' largest market, with revenue climbing 50% to EUR 210 million. The DACH region also saw an 11% increase, with revenues of around EUR 184 million, driven by strong consumer demand. Additionally, the Rest of World segment, including successful launches in Australia and New Zealand, contributed significantly with a 55% increase, generating EUR 85 million.

Financially, the company's adjusted EBITDA margin is anticipated to rise by at least three percentage points, placing it in the upper half of the guidance range. Free cashflow exceeded EUR 10 million, marking a first-time break-even.
