Trans Canada Gold Corp. Marks Eleven Months of Consistent Oil Production
Trans Canada Gold Corp. (TSX-V:TTG)(OTCQB:TTGXF) announced the completion of its eleventh month of steady oil production in August 2024. The Lloydminster well achieved an average daily output of 168 barrels per day (bbl/d), with total shipments reaching 5,207 barrels for the month. This well has now produced over 67,962 barrels, surpassing the 65,000-barrel milestone since production began in October 2023.
In addition to this, Trans Canada successfully drilled its second multilateral well targeting the General Petroleum (GP) reservoir. The company acquired additional land within the Area of Mutual Interest, boosting opportunities for further multilateral well drilling in both the Sparky and GP zones.
Tim Coupland, President and CEO, highlighted the company's long-term potential, emphasizing that high global oil prices will enable further drilling and new acquisitions. Director Chris Timmins mentioned that the new well will significantly enhance production capacity, marking a pivotal point in their growth strategy.
The company remains engaged in exploring additional drilling opportunities in both Canada and the United States.
