Transactions in Patrimoine & Commerce's own shares

Patrimoine & Commerce has published a statement on the transactions of own shares carried out between October 14 and 18, 2024. These activities do not concern the liquidity contract. A total of 349 shares were purchased over the period, at a weighted average price of €21.64 per share. The transactions were carried out on the Paris market (XPAR).

In detail, on October 15, 93 shares were acquired at 21.50 euros, followed by 91 shares on October 16 at 21.55 euros. On October 17, 77 shares were purchased at a price of 21.70 euros. Finally, on October 18, 88 shares were acquired at 21.80 euros.
