Transactions on TotalEnergies own shares

Paris, August 19, 2024 - TotalEnergies SE announced the purchases of its own shares made between August 12 and 16, 2024. These transactions were carried out within the framework of the authorizations of the General Meeting of May 24, 2024 and in accordance with the regulations relating to share buybacks.

The purchases were distributed as follows: 273,208 shares at EUR 61.73/share on 12 August (XPAR), 330,633 shares at EUR 61.42/share on 13 August (XPAR), 290,072 shares at EUR 61.41/share on 14 August (XPAR), 316,556 shares at EUR 62.20/share on 15 August (XPAR) and 339,995 shares at EUR 62.25/share on 16 August (XPAR). In total, 2,568,529 shares were purchased for a total amount of EUR 158,769,290.03.
