Transition.inc Advances Aurora Nickel Project with Updated Resource Estimate
Clean Energy Transition Inc. (TSXV:TRAN), also known as transition.inc, is taking steps to update the mineral resource estimate for its Aurora Nickel Project. Located 25 kilometers southeast of Timmins, Ontario, this project could become a significant low-carbon production opportunity. President and CEO Sean Samson highlighted its appeal given the rising demand for locally sourced nickel.
The Aurora Nickel Project encompasses the Aurora North and South deposits, covering approximately 905 hectares. Although a historical estimate detailed nickel grades and tonnage, this estimate is not currently classified as a present mineral resource, prompting the update effort.
In addition to project developments, Samson will present at Benchmark Week in California, discussing transition.inc’s efforts within the energy transition sector, including the Aurora Nickel Project's role in satisfying rising demand for nickel, especially in electric vehicle production.
