Triton Acquires Bosch's Security and Communications Technology Business

On December 12, 2024, Triton Beratungsgesellschaft GmbH announced the acquisition of Bosch's security and communications technology product business. This transaction, pending regulatory approval, is expected to close by mid-2025. The business, known as BSCT, is a leader in security and communication solutions, employing approximately 4,300 people across 90 locations globally and generating over 1 billion euros in revenue.

Triton's managing partner, Claus von Hermann, expressed eagerness to support BSCT's continued growth. With a credible growth strategy, Triton aims to invest in BSCT's brands, technology, and market strategies.

Triton's experience spans carving out businesses from prominent corporations like Bosch and Siemens. This marks the second agreement between Triton and Bosch, following the Aventics acquisition in 2013.
