Tsodilo Resources Limited Announces Update on Gcwihaba Prospecting Licenses

Tsodilo Resources Limited, based in Toronto, has announced the resolution of issues pertaining to its Gcwihaba prospecting licenses in Botswana. The company, which operates in the mining sector, declared that its wholly owned subsidiary, Gcwihaba Resources (Pty) Ltd., will see the renewal of five licenses for an additional two years starting from April 1, 2024. This development follows the withdrawal of a Contempt Motion filed earlier in January 2024.

Tsodilo provided an update on its Xaudum Iron Formation (XIF) Project, located in Botswana, detailing a CIM compliant Inferred Mineral Resource Estimate for Block 1 of the project. The company outlined ongoing exploration efforts, aiming to expand the project and enhance resource estimates.
