TORONTO, ON / ACCESSWIRE / May 6, 2024 - Tsodilo Resources Limited (TSX Venture Exchange: TSD), announced the successful closure of a non-brokered private placement financing, totaling C$283,500. The company issued 945,000 units at C$0.30 each on May 6, 2024. Each unit consists of one common share and one warrant, which allows the holder to purchase an additional share at US$0.30 within 24 months.
The raised funds will support the progression of the Xaudum Iron Formation project in Botswana and for general corporate purposes. The securities, including the shares and warrants, are confined to a four-month hold period, expiring on September 7, 2024.
