Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. Receives CMB Approval for Bond Issuance in Foreign Markets
Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. has announced the reception of approval from the Capital Markets Board (CMB) to issue bonds under its Global Medium Term Notes (GMTN) program. This program, established on April 19, 2013, allows for the issuance of borrowing instruments in any currency, with various series and maturities. Recently, the bank issued bonds in U.S dollars, with nominal amounts totaling approximately $28.4 million, split between two series with different maturities set for 2025 and 2026.
