Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. Submits Prospectus for Debt Issuance

Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. (TGBD) announced on September 25, 2024, that it has submitted an application to the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency and the Capital Markets Board. This application is for the issuance of various debt instruments.

The proposed debt instruments include fixed or floating rate bonds, debentures, credit-linked notes, and other structured debt instruments. These will be sold domestically by public offering or private placement to qualified investors. The aggregate amount is up to TL 50,000,000,000 within a one-year period.

The "Draft Summary" of the issuance has been submitted for approval to the Capital Markets Board. The Turkish version of the announcement will prevail in case of discrepancies between Turkish and English versions.
