U-blox and Topcon Positioning Systems Partner to Offer GNSS Services

u-blox AG, a global provider of positioning and wireless communication technologies, and Topcon Positioning Systems, a leader in precision measurement solutions, have announced a strategic partnership. This collaboration aims to deliver high-precision GNSS positioning services with enhanced availability, reliability, and affordability for the mass market.

The partnership will create one of the largest high-precision GNSS positioning service offerings, catering to a wide range of applications including automotive, industrial, robotics, construction, and agriculture. The services will integrate seamlessly with u-blox’s hardware products and services.

Eric Heiser, Head Business Unit Services at u-blox, stated that the partnership would help address a broader range of customer needs and expand the company's positioning services portfolio. Ian Stilgoe, Vice President at Topcon, emphasized the global reach and scalability that the partnership brings to both companies.
