United Terra Enterprises PLC's 2024 Work Plan Approved by Albanian Authorities
United Terra Enterprises PLC, in partnership with Eurybia AG and its Albanian subsidiary, has received approval from Albania's National Agency of Natural Resources (AKBN) and state-run Albpetrol for its 2024 Work Plan and Budget (WPB) at the Visoka oilfield. The plan, primarily focusing on the production optimization at selected wells, includes the installment of downhole and surface equipment as well as chemical stimulation. All necessary equipment has already been received in Albania, with upgrades on initial wells set to begin shortly.
The decision was finalized during a recent Advisory Committee meeting attended by representatives from the Group, Albpetrol, AKBN, and the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy. Peter Krempin, CEO of the Group, expressed gratitude towards the cooperating bodies and optimism regarding future production enhancements facilitated by the approved WPB.
