Update on KBC Group Share Buyback Programme
KBC Group NV has released an update concerning its share buyback programme initially announced on 10 August 2023. Transactions occurred on Euronext Brussels' regulated market from 17 June 2024 to 21 June 2024.
On 17 June, 93,000 shares were bought at an average price of €65.32. The lowest price was €64.28, and the highest was €65.62. On 18 June, 92,000 shares were acquired at an average of €66.12, ranging from €65.36 to €66.34. The following day, 92,000 shares were bought for an average of €66.76, with the lowest price at €66.12 and the highest at €67.14.
On 20 June, 90,000 shares were purchased at an average price of €67.34, with prices between €66.86 and €67.58. On 21 June, 93,000 shares were acquired at an average of €66.51, with a low of €66.10 and a high of €67.40.
The total number of own shares held by KBC Group NV within the buyback programme reached 18,448,766 on 21 June 2024, for a total consideration of €1,127,591,516.
