Upward adjustment of the 2024 turnover outlook for the BESS activity
Saint-Georges-sur-Loire, May 23, 2024 – STIF, a global specialist in explosion protection, is adjusting upwards its revenue forecasts for the 2024 financial year for its BESS (fire storage systems) activity. energy by battery).
STIF records a 30% increase in business volume with Tesla, bringing the total amount to 13 million euros. A first order was also placed by the Chinese giant SUNGROW for 5 million euros. These major contracts will strengthen the growth of STIF's BESS activity in 2024.
In February, STIF announced an agreement for 10 million euros with Tesla for explosion-proof panels in the United States. The new order of 3 million euros confirms STIF's expertise in this area.
Established in China since 2011, STIF successfully launched a commercial relationship with SUNGROW. The explosion protection panels will be manufactured in Suzhou, for delivery in the second quarter of 2024.
