UV GERMI announces a notable increase in its 2023 annual results
UV GERMI, specialized in UV depollution, presented its financial results for the year 2023, showing a significant improvement in its profitability and a robust financial situation. The turnover increased by 12%, reaching 8.04 million euros, mainly supported by water-related activities.
The gross operating surplus amounted to 0.81 million euros, marking an increase of 88% compared to the previous year. This progression is due to better cost management and improved margins. The company also notes an improvement in operating profit which rises to 0.29 million euros, compared to only 0.02 million euros in 2022.
Cash amounts to €3.3 million as of December 31, 2023, with a reduction in bank borrowings and continued monitoring of operational costs. Regarding the outlook, UV GERMI plans to maintain its double-digit growth, driven by favorable regulatory conditions and a significant export order.
