Valbiotis: Monthly Information on Voting Rights and Shares - August 2024
Valbiotis, a company listed on Euronext Growth Paris, has published its monthly report on the total number of voting rights and shares making up its share capital. As of August 31, 2024, Valbiotis had 15,794,596 shares outstanding. The total number of theoretical voting rights was 16,463,737, while the exercisable voting rights reached 16,435,558.
According to Article 10.5 of the company's articles of association, any person reaching certain capital holding thresholds must inform the company within four trading days. Failure to comply may result in the excess shares being stripped of their voting rights.
