VALBIOTIS SA: Total number of voting rights and shares - July 2024
VALBIOTIS SA has published monthly information relating to the total number of voting rights and shares making up its share capital for the month of July 2024, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.
As of July 31, 2024, the Company's share capital consists of 15,794,596 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights amounts to 16,463,767, and the total number of exercisable voting rights is 16,435,408 after taking into account treasury shares.
With regard to threshold crossings, Valbiotis reminds that any natural or legal person reaching certain shareholding thresholds must inform the company within four trading days. Failure to comply with this obligation results in the deprivation of voting rights for the excess shares for a period of two years.
