Valsoft Corporation Acquires Quantum Aviation Solutions, Expanding its Global Aerospace Portfolio
Montreal, QC / ACCESSWIRE / October 2, 2024 / Valsoft Corporation Inc. ("Valsoft"), a software acquisition company, announces the acquisition of Quantum Aviation Solutions via Valsoft Ireland Ltd. Quantum, based in Atlanta, offers baggage management solutions and will continue to operate its telematics solutions under the Proveo name.
Quantum Aviation Solutions, recognized for its innovative baggage handling solutions, improves efficiency and profitability for its clients, while enhancing the passenger experience. The firm has a global presence, including offices in London, Brazil, Mexico and the United States.
