Valsoft Corporation Expands Industrial ERP Portfolio with Trendex Information Systems Acquisition

Valsoft Corporation Inc., based in Canada, announced its acquisition of Trendex Information Systems Inc., a prominent provider of software solutions for distributors of industrial gases and welding supplies. This acquisition signifies an expansion in Valsoft's Industrial ERP offerings, aiming to bolster services for larger and mid-market customers.

Trendex's standout product, Gastrend, is celebrated for its comprehensive capabilities in accounting and cylinder control, catering to independent distributors since 1984. The software supports various operations including E-commerce, Equipment Rental, and Inventory Control among others, ensuring a robust solution for client needs.

Soumitra Mukherjee, President of Trendex, expressed confidence in the acquisition by Valsoft, highlighting opportunities for enhanced customer service and company growth.
