Valsoft enters the document flow automation sector through the acquisition of ACOM Software

Valsoft Corporation Inc., based in Montreal, announces the acquisition of ACOM Software, a key provider of document management and payment automation solutions. Founded over 25 years ago, ACOM Software has contributed to the improvement of ERP applications, optimizing the document lifecycle from creation to distribution. Until now, it was part of ACOM Solutions, based in the United States.

With this acquisition, Valsoft aims to strengthen its capabilities in document and payment management.
