Valsoft Enters the Mass Notification Software Space With the Acquisition of Asher Group

Montreal, QC / ACCESSWIRE / July 2, 2024 / Valsoft Corporation Inc., a Canadian company specializing in vertical market software businesses, has acquired Asher Group. Asher is known for scalable communications for emergency management and human resources solutions.

Asher, founded in 1995, developed Hyper-Reach, a platform that aids public safety and emergency management agencies in communication. They also provide mass notification to private enterprises and various human resource systems.
