Vanguard Group Discloses Interests in Smith (DS) plc
On May 23, 2024, The Vanguard Group, Inc. announced its disclosure of interests in the securities of Smith (DS) plc, as per Rule 8.3 of the Takeover Code. As of May 22, 2024, Vanguard holds interests amounting to 61,931,365 ordinary shares, representing 4.49% of Smith (DS) plc's share capital.
Vanguard also reported dealings in 10p ordinary shares with recent purchases of 6,468 shares at 3.66 GBP per share and 614 shares at 3.77 GBP per share. It clarified that no cash-settled or stock-settled derivative positions currently exist.
