Vectron Systems AG Reports First Half 2024 Results and Announces Delisting
Münster, 02 September 2024: Vectron Systems AG, a leading provider of intelligent POS systems and cloud services, has released its preliminary unaudited financial results for the first half of 2024. The company reported sales of approximately EUR 20.0 million and an operating result (EBITDA) of around EUR 0.6 million.

Following the majority acquisition by the US-based Shift4 in June, Vectron has confirmed its plan to delist from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The application was approved, and the delisting will take effect on 30 September 2024. After this date, Vectron shares will no longer be tradeable on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, and post-admission obligations will cease.
