Vergnet Pacific moves to new premises in New Caledonia

Ormes, Monday, August 19, 2024 – Vergnet Pacific, a subsidiary of Vergnet SA, has transferred its operations to new offices in New Caledonia. This move follows the damage suffered during the demonstrations in Noumea. The teams have relocated to modular offices, pending the construction of new premises as soon as the situation allows.

This new site, more suitable and accessible, will better meet the company's growing needs. The increased capacity of the offices and storage spaces will accommodate the workforce, which has doubled in ten years. Vergnet Pacific only carries out 30% of its activity in New Caledonia, concentrating on exports to the Asia-Oceania region, where the demand for energy autonomy is high.

Despite the challenges, maintenance operations on photovoltaic and wind power plants are gradually resuming. Vergnet Pacific remains committed to the region's energy development.
