Viridien holds its General Meeting and reorganizes its Board of Directors
The Combined General Meeting of Viridien, formerly CGG, was held on May 15, 2024 in Paris, chaired by Philippe Salle. The meeting approved several important resolutions, including the accounts for the 2023 financial year and the appointment of new auditors. One notable change was the adoption of the company's new name, Viridien.
Viridien's Board of Directors has also seen change, with the appointment of new members and the reorganization of its committees, in order to better align with current regulations and the future directions of the company. A notable point was the creation of the New Business and M&A Committee, replacing the old Investment Committee.
