Visiomed Group becomes Klea Holding to continue its strategic shift
Visiomed Group (FR0013481835 – ALVMG) announced its transformation into Klea Holding, aiming to diversify its sectoral and geographic activities. The objective is to invest in innovative companies in France and internationally.
Clément Pacaud, Managing Director, declared: “For two years, the Group has been radically transformed. We want to capitalize on our know-how to open a new phase of development.” Klea intends to replicate its proven growth model with Smart Salem in the United Arab Emirates and Smart Health in Saudi Arabia.
Klea Holding plans to operate in various sectors to maximize shareholder value creation. Several potential investments in France are already under study. The transformation and change of name will be submitted for approval to the General Assembly on June 26, 2024.
