Vitesco Technologies Group AG: Merger Leads to Suspension of Trading

Regensburg, September 27, 2024. Vitesco Technologies Group AG has announced that the merger with Schaeffler AG is expected to take effect on October 1, 2024, following its registration in the commercial register.

As part of this merger, the Frankfurt Stock Exchange is anticipated to suspend trading in both companies' shares before the start of trading on October 1, 2024. Consequently, the last trading day for Vitesco and Schaeffler common non-voting shares will be September 30, 2024. Trading in Schaeffler AG's common shares is expected to resume on October 2, 2024.
